Order tracking

You can track your package by logging in to your account.
A tracking number was sent to you by email when your package was shipped.

60 days satisfied or 100% money-back + shipping costs

We do our best to provide you with a great shopping experience at Zenlap. Should you for any reason be unsatisfied with your product, you can send it back within 60 days after the purchase date and obtain a full refund or your order amount including initial shipping costs.
The return shipping costs are not refunded except in the case of a manufacturing defect or a logistics mistake on our side.
To launch the exchange or return process, simply contact us and provide us with the following elements:

- order number
- serial number
- concerned products
- problem description or reason of your insatisfaction

Please also prepare one picture of the product from below, of the product with its accessories from above and of its packaging that we will later require in order to provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
All parcel presented without an RMA number provided by Zenlap will be returned to the sender and considered non received.
The products (except in the case of a manufacturing defect) must be returned in their original packaging, with all their accessories and in a perfect condition (clean, no scratches), in accordance to our "Terms and condition" policy.
