Ergonomic monitor arm

The main function of monitor holder is to adjust the screen to eye level. The screens are most of the time placed at non optimal heights which are not suitable for the users and this situation may lead to the adoption of non-optimal postures. Inproper neck and shoulders posture may lead to pathologies such as the "turtle neck syndrome". Having the ability to adjust the screen position is more than necessary to set an ergonomic workstation. Using a screen holder can offer many other practical advantages, such as freeing up more space on the working surface or even to improve posture with a larger surface dedicated to forearms comfort or disposition of any other necessary everyday tools.
