Biodynamic and ergonomic desk lamp

Designed for use both in the office and at home, EnergyByLight combines direct light for the work surface and indirect light for the visual environment. This dual light distribution improves reading comfort, reduces overly harsh contrasts in the workspace, and also helps to better illuminate the face, especially during video calls.

Thanks to its biodynamic operation, the lamp reproduces the natural variations of daylight according to the location set in the app. The light becomes warmer at the start of the day, cooler and more stimulating during concentration phases, then softer late in the afternoon. This automatic progression helps support the circadian rhythm and improve energy, concentration, and sleep quality.

Visual comfort, circadian rhythm, and work performance

Poor lighting can significantly reduce the quality of the working day. Eye strain, headaches, reduced concentration, feelings of fatigue, and visual discomfort are often linked to unsuitable artificial lighting. EnergyByLight was designed to address these issues by offering lighting closer to natural light, better distributed, and adjustable to suit the user’s needs.

The lamp automatically follows the rhythm of daylight in the user’s region. In the morning, it starts with softer light, then gradually increases in intensity and color temperature to support periods of alertness. An energy boost mode after lunch also helps support the return to activity after the midday break.

Lighting customization

EnergyByLight easily adapts to the needs of each user and the requirements of every workstation. The lamp offers automatic biodynamic lighting that follows the natural circadian rhythm, while also allowing manual adjustment of brightness and color temperature according to individual preferences.

It combines direct lighting for the work surface and ambient lighting for more complete visual comfort. Several customization options are also available, such as adaptation to an early-riser or night-owl profile, an energy recovery mode after lunch, as well as direct control on the lamp or via a mobile app.

The dedicated app allows users to set their location, follow the recommended light rhythm, and adjust certain lighting parameters. Connection is made via Bluetooth 5.0, with iOS and Android compatibility.

A complete solution for the workstation

EnergyByLight combines direct task lighting with indirect ambient diffusion to illuminate both the desk and the overall visual environment. This dual diffusion improves everyday comfort of use, reduces contrasts, and promotes better lighting quality for both screen work and document reading.

Placed between the screen and the front edge of the desk, on the side opposite the hand used for the mouse, the lamp effectively illuminates the keyboard, documents, and work area. In some home environments, it can even replace the main desk lighting.

Energy efficiency and smart use

The lamp includes an absence sensor that detects the user’s presence in the room. When no movement is detected for a certain period of time, it switches off automatically. This function helps reduce energy consumption, limit operating costs, and improve the product’s durability.
